Store proprietor, Cynthia Gipson, pours all her heart into creating a fantasy experience, and she is constantly rewarded by the excitement in her returning customers.

Cynthia has been in the antique and decorating arena for over 15 years, and her experience shows from start to finish. Her undefinable, over-the-top style touches every inch of the store.

It is not her seamstress skills that make her one of a kind pillows the talk of the town, but it’s  her keen design instinct and bold choices that are a cut above. The magic is all created on an old 1940's rebuilt Singer Featherweight machine just like the one her mother taught her to sew on.

Cynthia's work has been acknowledged twice by Country Victorian Magazine. She was honored to be the cover story in the Winter 2003 issue. Also, her home was captured as the feature Christmas story of Winter 2004.

Cynthia's flamboyant decorating makes her a natural to be a favorite in creating Christmas decor. She puts on a dazzling Christmas Open House at The Gipson Girl, and her work can also be seen in holiday tours. Cynthia believes the secret to great decorating is being brave. Don't let fear stop you short of creating fabulous.
